Moog teases at new iPad App

Moog is teasing at a new iPad app in this new short video, which shows Marc Doty, AKA Automatic Gainsay, jamming on an iPad and creating some pretty interesting sounds.  Not sure what to expect?  Check out Moog's previous app, the Filtatron, and then picture it on a larger level and with a proper synthesis engine.  Hopefully they'll keep the same style knobs as the Filtatron, which were essentially digital versions of the Little Phatty's.

This is essentially what we all wanted all along, as it's not exactly easy to send audio into an iPhone or iPad but it sure is easy to record one making it's own sounds.  Of course, this is pure speculation by me as being a synthesis app, but it seems pretty likely considering the warm response the Filtatron got.

Hopefully we'll have an official announcement in a few days... let's just hope I'm not way off on this one!

Bonus: A look at the Moog Store!
